'68 Mustang Coupe

This is a photo of my '68 Mustang. I have been trying to figure out how to create a good way to incorporate the engine in a photo and it not be like ones I have taken before. I decided to lift the hood and take a photo using the 50mm lens so I could focus on only the engine itself. The 50mm lens created the perfect depth of field for this photo and I am very happy with it. I do realize that there is a significant amount of noise in the photo and I tried to get rid of it without using any editing but i couldn't get the picture I wanted without the noise, so I used a black and white filter to add a sort of journalistic type look with the noise. To me, it looks like it worked pretty well. But, of course, it would look even better without the noise. The photo was taken with a shutter speed of 1/60 of a second, and f/1.4. Thanks for viewing my blog! Please follow me and come back tomorrow for another photo!
